UX Workflow and why we need more people

1.0 The UX Process

UX is not only Visual Design (although that's an important part of it). A normal UX process has the following phases:

  • Research
  • Architecture
  • Interaction Design + Prototyping
  • Usability Testing
  • Visual Design

Based on that and the company's needs we designed Roles for our team members, and put them in action within a Lean Flow.

2.0 Bizagi UX Workflow

Following the 'Think - Make - Check' premise of Lean UX, our projects should move smoothly throughout each team member. However, it's becoming increasingly difficult to achieve a proper workflow because of the big number of product-based tasks that come up daily.

Our idea is to have a couple more people to be able to fulfill all daily requirements on time, be able to blend with other team's roadmaps in terms of developing proper UX Architecture for new functionalities, and keep developing UX projects that give value to the company.
