Drop cookies are cookies that are made from a soft dough that is dropped onto the pan in spoonfuls. Three recipes are chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal cookies and cream cheese sugar cookies. The equipment needed to make drop cookies are measuring cups, bowls for mixing and a spoon to place the dough onto the pan.

Mold cookies

Mold cookies are cookies that have a harder dough than drop cookies and are cut out by cookie cutters. Sugar cookies are the most popular cookie used in this. Ceramic cookies are the cookies used to make distinct designs. Sugar ceramic cookies are a combination of the both. Mold cookies are made in a bowl like a normal cookie and the same equipment is used.

Bar cookies

Bar cookies are cookies that you bake in a pan and then cut into squares. Congo bars, homemade snickers bar and goey lemon bars are some recipes for bar cookies. You need measuring spoons and bowls to make the dough. The dough can be pressed into the pan using your hands.
