The Homeless Why Job Applications Need to be Less Restrictive

In Los Angeles, Homeless are targeted and disqualified in job applications based on harmful social stigmas.

In reality, many homeless are ambitious and are willing to work.

With less restrictive applications, the homeless can become financially stable and overcome difficulties like addiction.

The Los Angeles Job Employment Agency calls for state of residency, credit ratings and a phone number, which many homeless do not have.
A long term solution to homelessness is to remove such application restrictions, from which homeless can financially provide themselves a roof and other necessities.

With steps of improvement, homeless people can start new beginning apart from any social stigma or harmful past.
