Gender Equality by: Gizell marin

Gender equality is the state in which access to rights or opportunities is unaffected by gender. Because it is not fair that boys are allowed to do things that girls are not. It affects girls by not being able to do things that boys are allowed to do.

50 years ago Since the 1960's, women have enjoyed increased personal and legal rights. In the past 50 years, women have gained greater financial independence and increased equality in the workplace. it has changed because more women are still fighting so they get treated the same as boys.

In 50 years from now i predict that gender Equality wouldn’t even be such a thing because ever girl and every boy would be treated the same. girls will be able to do anything boys can do. all this will happen because boys will finally realize that girls aren't treated the same then they will decide to treat girls equally.

"It is time that we all see gender as a spectrum instead of two sets of opposing ideals" -Emma Watson "We have a lot of work to do, but we can get there if we work together"- Beyonce knowlens

Something that i can do is for gender equality is to try to convince others to treat each other the same no matter what.
