T3 is A-Squared's answer to the problem that faces all Triathletes. How can you stay ahead of the bike technology curve?

At A2 Bikes we are constantly pursuing and pushing the boundaries of technology to provide the best Triathlon Bikes possible to you. When it comes to the newest bike technology, you shouldn't have to wait.

A-Squared Bikes newest program "T3" allows you to never wait for the newest bike technology again. For the first time in the Triathlon Industry you will always have the newest components and technology at your fingertips to power you from T1 to T2 Faster!

WHAT IS T3?

HOW DOES THE SPEED PHREAK UPGRADE PROGRAM WORK?

It's simple. Select a Speed Phreak model, add it to your cart and complete checkout process; you'll know immediately if you're approved. Once approved, complete your Speed Phreak purchase.

After making eighteen months' worth of payments, you'll become eligible to upgrade your Speed Phreak to a newer model. You'll return your original Speed Phreak to A2 Bikes utilizing a pre-paid shipping label, and once the bike is received and determined to be in acceptable condition (conditions for returned bikes are listed further below), your payments on that Speed Phreak will stop. You'll then be able to upgrade to a new Speed Phreak utilizing the same purchasing and financing process as you used on the original Speed Phreak.

WHAT SPEED PHREAK MODELS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE UPGRADE PROGRAM?

All models of Speed Phreak are available and eligible for the Upgrade Program. Delivery of Ultegra models and Di2 are subject to additional delivery time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T WANT TO UPGRADE MY SPEED PHREAK AT 18 MONTHS?

You’re under no obligation to upgrade, and after 24 payments, the Speed Phreak is yours to keep. You must notify A2 Bikes of your intention to keep your Speed Phreak.

IN WHAT CONDITION SHOULD MY SPEED PHREAK BE AT TIME OF UPGRADE ELIGIBILITY?

At A2 Bikes, we understand the triathlete's relentless pursuit to improve their performance. With The T3 Upgrade Program, triathletes can continually optimize their performance with access to the most advanced Tri Bikes each and every season.

So get out, train often, and train hard to improve your performance. When you’re ready to upgrade to the newest model, we’ve got you covered.

When returning a Speed Phreak with the T3 -Upgrade Program, normal wear and tear is expected. However, used Speed Phreaks must be in 100% rideable condition. Acceptable conditions include:

• Moderate wear

• Scratchs in Paint

• Paint blemishes

• Scratches/Nicks on aero bars

• Aero pad Wear

Speed Phreaks in the following condition(s) may not be turned in for upgrade:

• Cracked or broken carbon fiber

• Speed Phreaks with dents or cracks

• Missing components

• Speed Phreaks in an unsafe condition for riding

• Counterfeit Speed Phreaks

CAN I TRADE IN MY SPEED PHREAK PRIOR TO BECOMING UPGRADE ELIGIBLE?

Should you choose to trade your Speed Phreak in prior to becoming upgrade eligible, you will still be obligated to continue making your monthly payments. Additionally, you will not be eligible to roll your monthly payments into a new Speed Phreak, should you choose to upgrade. To be eligible to roll your payments into a new Speed Phreak, you must return your current Speed Phreak at the time you upgrade.

IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY SPEED PHREAK, CAN I RETURN IT?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt.

Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and we will NOT accept returns for custom-built Speed Phreaks. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and the Return Packing Slip. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All return packages must be shipped using a service that tracks packages, such as FedEx, UPS or USPS (ask for services that have tracking options). We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments.

ARE DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE FOR THE T3-UPGRADE PROGRAM?

No, discounts are not available for the T3-Upgrade Program at this time.
