What is Biblical Entrepreneurship?

The Biblical Entrepreneurship Certificate Course is a three-part comprehensive business discipleship curriculum for business owners, church leaders, community leaders, and individuals desiring to start and operate a business as well be better stewards of God's resources. These courses provide a strong mix of core business concepts and Biblical principals. All three courses are designed to be completed within one year.

BE I: Principles

Provides a strong mix of core business concepts and biblical principles. BE I is a 16 and 1/2 hour course designed to assist students to enhance their current business or start a new business that glorifies the Lord and meets market needs.

The second level of BE provides a strong mix of core business concepts and biblical principles. It is an 18-36 hour course designed to assist students in developing an understanding of practical “Mini MBA” principles as they relate to the Word of God.

The third and final course in the Biblical Entrepreneurship Certificate Program assists students in writing a clear vision. It is a 36 hour course (16 hours of live class time, 16 online coaching) that challenges and guides students to produce a blueprint for their Kingdom business.

Purpose & Profitability I: Principles

Purpose and Profitability I – Principles of Entrepreneurship Success is a business training for entrepreneurs who want to know how to succeed by utilizing value-based business principles. The course is designed to encourage innovation and industry rooted in ethical values for the common good. The course can be presented in any setting, such as corporations, small businesses, and entrepreneurial membership groups, and is designed to encourage innovative thinking. It is ideal for organizations seeking to encourage an entrepreneurial mindset.

Purpose and Profitability makes the case that good and lasting businesses must be built not just for the benefit of one individual or a small few, but for the benefit of all, including consumers, suppliers, employees and the community at large. Businesses can be a catalyst to transform communities and nations while serving as the engine of the economy.

Throughout the course, quotes from well-respected politicians, educators, business, and spiritual leaders support each of the principles. Stories of real-life entrepreneurs and how they applied these principles will challenge you to consider how to do the same in your organization.

Purpose and Profitability can be taught in 16 to 32 hours for small to medium size businesses or to employees who desire to learn how to be more entrepreneurial and value-focused in their jobs.

Theresa Gregory

Theresa Gregory is a successful global entrepreneur closely involved in direct sales and marketing for over 40 years. She began in the industry as a young women and quickly ascertained the importance of entrepreneurism and creative wealth upon discovering that her present, part-time, income was more than that of her full time working peers. Her mission is to connect and train the next generation of global leaders to succeed and persevere in the current economy. Theresa’s love and zeal for people has, to date, taken her from the depths of African jungles to the interiors of presidential offices. Blessed with a mantle to produce wealth, deep motivation, and an eye for activating individuals in purpose and destiny, her organizations have touched every major continent. Theresa is currently conducting business for an international company with a presence in over 120 countries. Her mission is to connect and train the next generation of global leaders to succeed and persevere in the current economy.

Donald Matolyak

Donald Matolyak has over 30 years of full time pastoral ministry experience. Currently, Don serves as a regional coordinator for the My Hope Project for the Billy Graham Evangelical Association. In addition to graduating from Valley Forge Christian College in Phoenixville, PA, Don holds a Master of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri.

Jeff & Karen Davidson

Jeff Davidson has over 21 years experience in the financial field, a degree in finance from Kent State University, and previous involvement as a regional trainer for a Fortune 500 company, Jeff has been equipped to successfully address the many varied challenges that most businesses face today. Currently, Jeff co-manages non-profit projects for TNCL™(Touching Nations, Changing Lives) in the United States, Uganda & Honduras Jeff is a deacon in his home church. He and his wife, Karen, have two children. Karen Davidson serves as administrator for the BE Global team. Over the past ten years, she has been an administrator for two different corporations. Through her experiences, both in the United States and internationally, she sees a need for businesses to change how they operate on a day to day basis.

Joshua Shaw

Joshua Shaw has 15 years of full time ministry and has served as a youth, children's and executive pastor. He has worked and consulted in both small and large churches and is a gifted leader. He has a passion for the Gospel and developing individuals to pursue the plans and purposes for their lives. Joshua currently manages non-profit projects for TNCL™(Touching Nations, Changing Lives) in the United States, Uganda & Honduras. He is also conducting business for an international company that has a presence in over 120 countries. He and his wife, Carissa, have been married for 12 years and have one daughter named Willow.
