Chocolate....

.My topic is about chocolate and chocolate comes from cocoa beans Chocolate is mostly everywhere in the world. The cacao tree was cultivated over 3,000 years ago by the Maya's, Toltec, and aztec people. Chocolate was manufactured in 1765 at Dorchester, Massachusetts. Daniel Peter of Switzerland added powder milk to chocolate and thats how milk chocolate was made in 1876. Chocolate is made from the kernels of fermented and roasted cocoa beans. The kernels are ground to form a pasty fluid chocolate liquor. Then it will harden to form bitter baking chocolate. Spain was the earliest European country to incorporate chocolate into their cuisine. Chocolate was introduced to Spain in 1544.
