Breaking Bread with Dawn Creamy Mac-n-Cheese


  • 1 Box Corkscrew macaroni
  • 2 tbsp. All Purpose Flour
  • 1tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp. salted butter
  • 1 cup grated SHARP cheddar
  • 3/4 cup Colby
  • 1/2 c shredded Parmesan
  • 2 oz original cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Half and Half
Mix Until Creamy

Mix the combine flour salt and pepper. Gradually add it to warming milk and butter. Mix in cream cheese and half and half while constantly stirring. Slowly add cheeses until creamy sauce is formed. Stir sauce into pot of drained noodles. Keep warm and mix thoroughly. Add fresh parsley to garnish or mix in chopped parsley and serve.
