Do you now what you should eat every day like what should you eat well you should eat these food groups fruit, grain, dairy, wheat, and vegetables.

Food Groups

There are 5 different food groups and they are Fruit,Grain,Dairy,Wheat, and Vegetables are all of the 5 food groups and i will tell you about the food groups and these food groups will keep you in shape and healthy.

FOOD GROUPS

Dairy

I will talk about the dairy side and the diary side is Milk,Cheese, and Yogurt. Are the main diary side. The diary is the thing from the cow and goat because i think that goat make milk.

Fruit

Fruit is important because it helps you maintain a healthy blood pressure. fruits are important for you to eat because it helps all your body tissues. body tissues help you by making up origins and other body.

Grain

Grain is important for breakfast because sometimes cereal has to much calories sometimes you can eat some whole wheat bread and whole wheat bagels and if you don´t like any of those you can eat oatmeal and you should have at least 6 ounces a day.

Vegetable

You should try to choose the healthy es choose for lunch because they are a good source of nutrition and nutrition help you body get strong muscles and you should have at lease 22/2 servings a day so you can stay healthy and strong.

How to make cookies

I will tell you some recipes-for some foods so you can try cooking for your selves but get help from an adult so you don´t burn your self.1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter. this for cookies 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar. 3/4 cup sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract. One (12-ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips, or chunks. 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 3/4 teaspoon baking soda to make cookies.

How to make chocolate cupcakes

1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 2 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/8 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons butter, softened 1 1/2 cups white sugar 2 eggs. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a muffin pan with paper or foil liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition, then stir in the vanilla. Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk; beat well. Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Frost with your favorite frosting when cool. It will take 30 minutes to finish.
