Rest Up Sleep-Deprived College Students

College Students spend many hours each day on work outside of the classroom.
Many students fall behind on sleep, and they do not receive a healthy 7-9 hours of sleep every night.
Sleep loss increases students' stress and anxiety levels. Lack of sleep can also lead to a significantly higher chance of a heart attack.

Students need to know how important sleep is, and make sure to get enough every single night.
