On our one day retreat we will open ourselves up to all the joys of summer: Dive with us into the uplifting energy of the season through Slow Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, a Mindful Walk in the forest, Essential Oils, Yoga Nidra, dancing and lots of fun :)
