About the Panelists
Started as a HR generalist, tried my hands on training and development in my 3rd year as a HR professional and completely fell in love with the world of OD and Change Management where I could put my heart and minds in the core of what affects people and organization. The last 20 over years have been a colourful trip going through corporate chapters of setting up HR dept, building talent pipeline, harmonization work in mergers and acquisitions, organizational cultural transformational work, design, lead and manage people and change strategies, coaching and developing talents at leadership roles and of course always rediscovering myself!
