When would you need a Microphone?

We have all been sent to a corporate meeting or conference. Sometimes its hard to move around your calendar to accommodate, sometimes they are exciting, often they can be a chore. If you're the conference organiser, its essential that you set up your event to perfectly capture the attention of your attendees. Sound equipment can be very important and sometimes overlooked. I often see people stand up at conferences and shout, “You can all hear me, right?” And when no one has the nerve to say “no,” the speaker goes on to shout their speech. If you are standing up and communicating to more than 20 people, it is highly recommended that you hire a simple PA system with microphone.

What are the benefits?

Our job is to make it easier for your audience to understand your message. Communicating effectively means to remove the strain of shouting or over projecting to let the speaker concentrate on their content and the listeners receive the information clearly.

Microphones grant a perceived authority to whomever is using one. The nature of a group is to listen to what is being said on the sound system. This makes a big difference in the dynamics of a meeting, when you may have interruptions or a group discussion that needs to be reined in.

all hire prices are for one day, include installation and delivery within 40 miles of our HQ in Leeds and do not include VAT.
