With a mission to launch what is anticipated to be Africa’s leading career social platform in 2017, Tom Spouse, Founder and CEO of Prospect 33, extends the breadth of a longstanding and successful partnership and appoints current President Dominic Lewinsohn as co-CEO. Friends since boyhood in the U.K., Spouse and Lewinsohn have together built Prospect 33 to be one of the most reputable, top-tier Managed Service Consultancy firms in the Financial Industry. The announcement was made during the annual holiday party of Prospect 33’s North American chapter held on 15 December 2016 in New York City.

Joining Spouse shortly after the company was founded in 2006, Lewinsohn has brought to the table invaluable experience and expertise and has been an integral partner in the continued growth of Prospect 33. As the industry’s top experts in management and recruiting, Lewinsohn, alongside Michelle Pais (COO), Owen Raine (Director of Client Service - North America), and Robin Cowling (Director of Client Service - Europe) will carry on efforts to further elevate Prospect 33’s acclaimed Future Leaders Programme.
Lewinsohn, the new Co-CEO has already been taking over more responsiblities for the company.
Championing excellence as more than a standard and making it the status quo, Prospect 33 has enabled graduates of the programme to raise their own aptitude, ambitions, individualism and simultaneously raise the standard of services within their field.
As Spouse shifts his focus to Africa through the 2017 launch of the new venture alongside Lewinsohn, he will minimize his day-to-day involvement with Prospect 33. Described as a visionary and a game-changer, Spouse has drawn on the success of his company’s Future Leaders Programme and is re-shaping it to share the core objective of work excellence and experience to the next generation of future leaders starting in Kenya, and positioned to expand globally within the next five years.

“It has been an amazing decade working alongside Dominic in Prospect 33 and I have every confidence in his vision to take this company further in the coming years. The year 2017 opens an exciting new chapter for us all, and I could not imagine a person who is more qualified, driven and empowered as Dominic to step into this new leadership role,” says Spouse.
