The New Office

A long, long time ago in a ranch house not very far away, a breezeway and attached garage were gutted, to be replaced with a new room that would serve as an office, an entertaining space and more!

I said, "gutted".
And I mean, "gutted."
Ceiling too.
And walls.
It wasn't always pretty.
But things began to take shape.
It's amazing what drywall will do.
Lots of mud too.
The floor!
Paint!
Lights!
Now the fun part - the floor.
Getting there!
Logan learns a valuable life lesson - how to install flooring.
Tyler doesn't want to know to how install flooring.
Door & window trim!
Nailing up all that trim.
Here's a trim challenge - there's a gap between the bottom of the door & the trim in the room! So you frame it like a picture.
The finished product!
Yep, I have a pool table, a gumball machine and a popcorn machine in my office. There's M&Ms in the machine on the shelf.
