Corinne Clegg Author Style By vIviAna montes

Clegg uses flashbacks in her poems. An example is,"That night in someone's fathers shiny car At the A&W". She has a certain number of lines per stanza and one less in the last stanza. Some lines end before the end of the sentence. An example is, "And I honestly don't know The difference between memory and story And pure imagination".
She uses lots of run on sentences Clegg uses lots of imagery. An example is, "Fragile wings, legs, sleek bodies". She also uses alliteration. An example is , "And the beautiful bees began to move ". Word choice depends on mood.
