mars mission project colinizing the red planet

intro

the year is 2020 our mission is to settle a colony on the red planet. this mission is going to take about thirty years maybe a couple more years. it should take six months to get to the red planet. NASA has already sent a space station to mars with thousands of pounds of food water and other supplies and has been there for five years. our mission is to live on the red planet for twenty years to study how the environment will effect our bodies

crew selection

i have four crew members one of my crew members is an spacecraft engineer and has been for 13 years and is the best in his field of study two of them are computer engineers and have invented Technology that helps save lives on earth and i'm a scientist astronomer I've discovered three planets outside of our solar system. all of us crew members have been living together for ten years and get along very well

space travel

the space craft is a plasma fire rocket that has high-per space. the spacecraft is 200 yards tall and 400 yards long and has walls that are two feet thick. The space craft has an extra lair of radiation protection like an atmosphere around the spacecraft similar to earth. on board the spacecraft is a generator that produces an atmosphere so that when we get to the red planet we can use the generator to make a force field that is gas and air sealed like a giant air tank. the spacecraft has a storage that holds five thousand pounds of food and water. also three years ago scientist had found out that mars has the same nutrients that is needed to support plants and had supplied the space craft with thousands of tomato, pepper, apples seeds and other fruits and vegetables

living on mars

on mars the weather is very hot and windy, with lots of sand storms. but thanks to NASA and all the scientist that made everything possible in this mission and also creating an atmospheric generator, myself and my crew members don't have to worry about sand storms. because we have an atmospheric generator me and my crew can live some what normally but if we step outside of the force field we would suffocate and die. for farming myself and my crew discovered that the atmosphere that we arrived upon is better for plants than the atmosphere that we need to survive. me and my crew had started testing the atmosphere with out the generator to see if plants would grow faster or bigger. the conclusion was that the plants seem to grow bigger but at the same speed of growth. also when grown out side of the atmospheric generator the plants seem to have more nutrients and preservatives inside the products that we produce. we are still trying to figure out why the crops that we grow have more nutrients and preservatives. we think the reason is the soil on mars but all of our experiments seem to be the same
