What did Thomas Jefferson Accomplish?

As one of the founding fathers of the United States, he also found the University of Virginia. Lastly, he contributed to modern agriculture as well. Believing that agriculture was one of the most important science, Jefferson re-engineered the plow. It may not sound so astonishing now but back then, what device was more important than a plow?

ENLIGHTENMENT IDEAS: the colonial leaders was so inspired by the enlightenment they used these ideas to justify independence. It then sparked the fire of a war for independence from the the Great Britain and the Declaration of Independence was written.

Thomas Jefferson was never the vocal member of the government. Instead, he used his quill pen as a decisive weapon which gained him the recognition of his profound writings, and one of them includes the Declaration of Independence.

Enlightenment Ideas and the U.S. Constitution

The U.S Constitution and the Declaration of Independence contained many similar ideas from the Enlightenment thinkers and were built onto their points.
