At the Cotton On Group we have a diverse range of roles that exist in our offices in order to deliver what our customers want. There are so many opportunities available in each of our brands including visual merchandising, production, buying and creative specialist roles to name a few, that all ensure we are focused on delivering what our customers want. Our global radar is always on. We always seek to understand our customers further and value drives everything we do. We look to the horizon for the latest fashion or specialty stationery item, and we make sure we’re having fun doing it!

Like any business we have a number of roles that support our teams to deliver for our customers, including; Marketing, IT, Finance, Human Resources and Recruitment, E-Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Graphic Design and support roles. We really do have a diverse range of roles. The majority of these roles are located at our Head Office in North Geelong, Australia however as we are a Global business, we also have some roles within our Country hubs located in Auckland, Singapore, Johannesburg, Los Angeles and São Paulo.


We have Distribution Centres located across the globe and they are always a hive of non-stop activity. There are so many opportunities to be part of our DCs, from Retail Support Officers, Productivity Team Leaders, Pickers, Supervisors, Dispatch Team Leaders, to Inventory Team Leaders and Casuals.

The DC plays a pivotal role in ensuring the distribution of all Cotton On Group product to stores, and everywhere else in between, in a super efficient and timely manner.


We offer our people a variety of activities to enhance their wellbeing from the perspectives of Body, Mind and Spirit. We recognise that one's wellbeing is central to positive outcomes, both personally and professionally.

Globally, we are continuously looking at ways we can further nurture the health and wellbeing of our team members.


We have two gymnasiums and eight full time personal trainers that provide one-on-one and group sessions for team members across a range of areas including physical fitness, nutrition, team building, stress and recovery, injury management and rehabilitation.

On site we have Osteopaths, Naturopathy and massage services, and our team members see the value in regularly participating in company-based sporting events and competitions. We also provide a health-food only 'Fuel' cafe, where cooking classes, reduced price health foods and other initiatives are offered.
