Saint Ignatius of Loyola By-Jacob Adams

He founded a new order of priests, the Society of Jesus of Jesuits.
He wanted his order to do work, that would go anywhere in the world to serve the Church.
He emphasized that when talking to God, we are talking to him as a friend.
He developed a simple, easy form of meditation.
This is often called Daily Examem.
These things usally go with this type of meditation. Stillness: recalling God's Presence, Gratitude: expressing Thankfulness, Reflection: Looking back on your day, Sorrow: Asking for forgiveness, and Hopefulness: Resolving to Grow.
These changes that the reformation made can help the church now by doing daily meditation like what he did. By this I mean taking time out of your day and talking to God through meditation.
