Cookery Lifeskills

The Clubhouse Project teaches young disabled adults a variety of lifeskills, including Numeracy, Fitness, Craft, Social and Cookery during their day service sessions.

January 2018 Cookery

Some need more support than others, but the staff patiently help everyone to make something to eat.

Not only do the young adults learn basic cookery skills, they are also educated on how to create a balanced meal.

The skills that the young adults learn are healthy eating, meal planning, hygiene and confidence in the kitchen.

Cake making

From sandwiches and salads to simple cakes and pasta dishes, young adults not only get to see results, but get to taste them too - improving outcomes for many disabilities.
