Mark Zuckerberg was the inventor of Facebook and this is his life story.

Early Life-Mark Zuckerberg was born on My 14, 1984 in White Plains, NY. He grew up in Dobbs Ferry, NY. His dad is Edward Zuckerberg and his mom is Karen Kempner. He has three sisters, Randi, Donna, and Arielle. His dad was a dentist and his mom was a psychiatrist.When he was growing up he wanted to have a job with computers. When he was 12 he made a messaging program on a computer so his parents could talk from one part of the house to the other, he called it Zucknet.

School-From 9th-12th grade he went to school at Phillips Exeter. For college attended Harvard University from 2002-2004. Mark Zuckerberg played tennis and rowed crew in high school. He majored in psychology at Harvard. He created Facebook on February 4, 2004 while at Harvard. At first it was only Ivy league schools and then he opened it up to the rest of the world.

Adult life-He was jewish growing up but is currently atheist. His net worth is currently estimated at about 55 billion dollars. He is 32 years old. Mark Zuckerberg is married to Priscilla Chan, they have a daughter, Maxima Chan Zuckerberg. His dad is Edward Zuckerberg and his mom is Karen Kempner. He has three sisters, Randi, Donna, and Arielle.

Legacy/impact-His impact is that he created the first successful social media website. I think that one of the reasons other social media websites or apps are successful is because he made Facebook so well and so many people used it.

The state capital is Albany. 57,866 people live in White Plains, New York where he was born but only 11,059 people live in Dobbs Ferry, New York where he grew up. The most populated city is New York City with 8.406 million people. The chief industry is real estate. Dobbs Ferry was repeatedly raided by armies in the revolutionary war.
