Luke 5: 4-6, 10b "Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught. And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake. And Jesus said unto Simon, Fear not; from henceforth thou shalt catch men.
Exciting news for campus ministry this year is that our nets will be full. There will be a multiplication in the number of students that will join campus ministry this year and we should prepare our nets to catch them.
We started off with our leaders camp, that we held at rock lodge - to equip the the campus leaders in how we can work together as a team and have a functional team. We had one baptism at the leaders camp. And ended it off with with O-week mission, where eleven students got saved.
We want to Engage the students, Establish them, Equip them and Empower them. Nothing is more fulfilling for me then to see student being transformed by the power and word of God.
