John's Art

"El Pueblo", Pencil. I used color and texture to emphasize the building in the bottom left corner of the picture. The 3 most obvious elements are space, color, and texture. You can see the space between the buildings and off in the distance. The color red is used in the first building on the right. Texture is also in the red building because it is the only building that is not completely smooth.
"Pyramid", canvas
"Hand of God", Wire
"Waves", Paint
"Young J", sharpie and paper
Pablo Picasso, "Girl Before a Mirror", I think he is emphasizing the girl's face, he uses color and shape, it makes me feel warm because of all of the warm colors he used.
