99% of 2018 graduates of the Undergraduate College are employed full-time, attending graduate school full-time, participating in a service program, or are in the military (as of June 2019)

Success is not easy. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication. I studied biology and worked hard all through my time at Rosemont. My professors encouraged me to pursue medicine and helped me develop the confidence I needed to succeed. I look forward to starting medical school this fall at West Virginia University.

I have recently graduated and just landed a job with a big four accounting firm, EY. The most POWERFUL lesson I learned at Rosemont is. . . when a community invests in your success, you have the responsibility to give it your all.

I just graduated with a degree in Religious Studies and Theology, and I have received a full tuition fellowship to get my master’s degree from Yale Divinity School beginning in the fall. Rosemont gave me the POWER to make this happen. My professors saw potential in me, even when I didn’t. They not only pushed me, but were my partners at the same time. Because of the POWER of small at Rosemont, I am doing what I love and what speaks to the real me.
