Growing up, you would rarely ever see me without some sort of ball in my hands. Whether it was a football, basketball, or baseball, I was interested in them all. Turns out, that was just a sign of what was yet to come. For the past twenty one years I would say almost half of my life has been spent at the ball fields. Sounds kind of crazy but as long as I can remember baseball has been such a huge part of my family's life. In the months of March through about June, everything is planned around my baseball schedule, that's just the way it's always been. Praise the good Lord I've got another spring to look forward to! I'm extremely blessed to still be playing the game I love here at ETSU. Chattanooga has been the place I've called home my entire life. It's a beautiful city, if you have not been I highly recommend. I've got a younger sister, two of the best parents around, and my black lab all of which I had to leave back in Chatt when deciding I was attending ETSU. This is only my second semester here in Johnson City, I attended a Community College my first two years of school. Thank goodness I have lots of friends from high school that also go here which made the transition much easier.
I am getting my degree in Sports Management, hoping to coach one day or be an athletic director. I think coaching would fit me really good because I want to be in a position to make an impact on peoples lives. I have had some really good (and bad) coaches throughout my sporting career and lots of them have made a big influence on me as a person and not just a player.
Hope to see you guys at some baseball games this Spring!
