The Metadata

Every template needs metadata associated with the file. Use the latest metadata form and fill out a row for each of your templates. Only one metadata form is required to be submitted per batch - list all template packages within a single form.

For more information, see Metadata Requirements.

Filenaming Guidelines

When submitting files, use the following structures and naming conventions.

Batch Your Files

Submit templates packages in batches for bulk processing.

Submit 1-20 templates packages and 1 metadata form in a batch
  • Only 1-20 templates per batch
  • Submit only one batch at a time - wait to receive feedback before submitting more batches
  • Number your batches in sequential order (01, 02, 03, ...)

If you have questions on what batches are currently being processed, contact your Adobe Stock templates team specialist.

Filenaming Requirements

Label your zip file with the following naming convention:

SubmissionDate(YYMMDD)_BatchNumber_TemplateTitle.zip

Examples:

20180621_Batch05_BlueAndGrayBrochureLayout.zip

The template file within each zip should match the zip filename as well.

Re-Submission Guidelines

If your templates package was rejected for technical reasons, you can fix the issues and try to submit the files again.

  • We allow up to 2 opportunities to re-submit files (up to a v3)
  • If your template has been rejected more than 2 times, we will no longer allow it for consideration

Re-Submission Filenaming Requirements

Label your revised zip file with the following naming convention:
