Glen Canyon Park san francisco, ca

It's used to take me here all the time when I first came home, but back then we were in a drought, so it was always dry, but this was the first time we've been back in more than a year and everywhere we looked the grass was so tall and lush!

Hurry up, mom!

This park is interesting because it's actually pretty big, about 70 acres, but it doesn't feel that big when you hike through. There are clear paths throughout the park. Mom usually parks on Bosworth Street and then we hike a big loop around the park, this way we get an extra workout by including stairs.

What's great about this park is it's hard to get lost here. And if you do, just make your way uphill...

To get some great views 👀

I like running on the rocks and up and down the hills.

Everything is soft packed dirt so it can definitely get muddy here after it rains.

I'm coming!!!

With this park in particular because of all the tall grass, ALWAYS check for foxtails after. I get lots of them!
