The lungs are filled with bronchi and alveoli. That carry air for the blood in your body. The lungs work like sponges that suck up the air and release carbon dioxide. These are the biggest organs in your body. They expand and contract to inhale air and dispose of carbon dioxide

The heart is one of the most important organ. It's usually the size of your fist. The heart is a muscle that pumps blood. The bring oxygenated and deoxygenated blood to the heart. where the deoxygenated blood get pumped to the lungs and oxygenated blood gets pumped through out the body.

The digestive system is composed of the liver, stomach, gallbladder, pancreas, small intestine, and large intestine. The stomach pulverizes the food and when it leaves the stomach the liver release bile and the pancreas releases enzymes. The small intestine transports the food to the large intestine where it is removed from the body.

We are born with about 350 bones in our body. But as we grow older these bones fuse together and become to about 206 bones when we are a full grown adult. These bones vary in size and are the main structure of our body and it also protects the main organs and our spinal cord.

The muscles and ligaments in our body are wrapped around our bones. And they make our bones move without these we wouldn't be able to move. Within the muscles they have nerves that signal them to move.

The brain is the main thing controlling the body's. Without it the body's normal functions work. The brain sends out electrical signals that make the the body function and move.
