Britney Rochette "it does not do well to dwell on dreams and forget to live - dumbledor"

Johnson City might just be a temporary stay or that one city in the "Wagon Wheel" song to most people, but for me Johnson City is my home. I grew up in Kingsport but in the 5th grade my mom, sister, and I packed up and moved to Johnson City. I graduated from Science Hill High School in 2016 and spent most of high school working, binge watching Grey's Anatomy, or going to Young Life every Monday night with my friends. ETSU was not my first choice of schools because who wants to stay and go to school in their backyard, but I got offered an amazing scholarship by the Johnson City Board of Education and financially it just made sense to go there and now I have fallen in love with it and couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
Growing up I always struggled with making friends and keeping them, so I was super hesitant to go through the rush process and join a sorority full of girls who I did not know at all. However, running home to Sigma Kappa this fall was the best decision I have ever made and now I have a 111 sisters who are life long friends.
I love to travel and explore new places and two weeks ago I was able to go on a cruise through the Caribbean with one of my best friends. We explored through Puerto Rico, ST Thomas, Dominican Republic, and The Grand Turk. It was absolutely breath taking and the best time of my life.
I am a huge nerd when it comes to movies, TV shows, and music. I am obsessed with all of the Harry Potter movies and am a huge fan of any movie involving Will Ferrell. When it comes TV Netflix is my vice, Criminal Minds, Grey's Anatomy, and Family Guy is what Is always on my TV screen and I sadly spend most of my free time laying in bed binge watching seasons. I am always listening to music 24/7 and my most played artists' on my Spotify playlist are The 1975, X Ambassadors, The Killers, and G-eazy.
