Amendment 4

Amendment 4 is the right American citizens have to prevent unreasonable search and seizure by law and people. The people have the right to be secure in their homes, documents, and with their belongings. Also the police can't come into your house with out a warrant. Lastly the forth amendment is telling us that American citizens have rights.

For example say the police came to your house because of a noise complaint and the police got suspicious. So then the police want to come in but you don't let them in. Then the owner says you can't come in without a warrant. This is an example of what the fourth amendment is about.
