Codename Sailor V is a manga series about a girl named Minako Aino, who was in 6th grade when she met a mysterious talking cat named Artemis. Artemis bestowed upon her a magic pen that when held aloft while saying the phrase, "Moon Power Transform" would transform Minako into Sailor V. In the first book of the series she faced a group of alien villains who established an idol agency in Japan, looking to enslave all humans and take over the world.
