Jay Stellmacher - Vice President of Sales, Industry & Water Treatment
Jay Stellmacher leads the Grundfos sales team in the USA and is an expert in water and wastewater treatment processes. His 30+ years’ experience in industrial pump process applications include development of high pressure washdown skid-mounted systems and water filtration systems. Jay has been with Grundfos for 19 years and continues to prioritize the optimization of processing facilities water management, pioneering a sustainable tomorrow.
Jared Gabel - Market Development Manager, Water Treatment
Jared Gabel is an expert in dosing and disinfection who has educated industry professionals throughout North America about the functionality and applications of chemical dosing pumps. His 12 years in the water treatment equipment and regulatory industries includes work as an environmental engineer prior to joining Grundfos USA where he has advanced from applications engineer to Product Manager for Dosing and Disinfection. His 30 years in the water treatment and pumping industries includes work focused on market development for pre-engineered, skid-mounted systems. Michael’s start came in the Golf and Turf market, with later work targeting the Municipal market. During the 8 years at Grundfos, his focus has been on the Industrial Market.

Hydro HP
Hydro HP is a three- or five-pump high-pressure clean and wash booster set that efficiently provides steady pressure from 5 gpm up to the system’s maximum design flow of 150, 250, 350 or 500 gpm. The made to order system saves on energy costs and reduces downtime, prevents cavitation and eliminates complex maintenance.
The system features Grundfos CR vertical multistage inline pumps, which offer superior hydraulic performance and industry-leading reliability in a space-saving footprint. The integrated VFD control adapts to provide consistent system pressure, whether the system is used to clean with one spray wand or do a full facility washdown, all without the need for a recirculation line. Additionally, a low-flow jockey pump maintains system pressure to meet low-flow cleaning demands.

The new Grundfos by s::can DID systems are the perfect combination of s::can’s state-of-the-art digital sensor technology and Grundfos experience in PID controlling of dosing and disinfection processes. DID systems are designed to perfectly match Grundfos dosing pumps, gas dosing systems and systems for the generation and dosing of chlorine dioxide and hypochlorite.
Safe Foods Case Study
Consistency is always a concern when feeding 250 million people each day. To solve the problem Safe Foods was having with off-gassing, which caused its customers to make an inconsistent product, the company partnered with Grundfos to find a solution: the Grundfos SMART Digital dosing pump. Variable speed stepper motors in the chemical feed pumps allow for smooth, continuous full discharge stroke that results in a more consistent chemical delivery. Each SMART Digital dosing pump is safe, accurate and can pinpoint exactly where an issue occurs, allowing Safe Foods’ customers to monitor what’s happening in real-time, identify when it happened and keep the event in their records.
