Steve Jobs By diego EspArza

Steve Jobs was born February 24, 1955 in San Francisco, CA. He died October 5, 2011 in Palo Alto, CA due to pancreatic cancer he had been battling for nearly a decade.

Jobs was one of the co founders of one of the biggest companies in the world, Apple. It was founded on April 1, 1976 by Steve Wozniak, Ronald Wayne, and Steve Jobs. There was no way they could envision just how successful the company would become. The company would go on to have a net worth of $605 billion. They have invented the iPhone, iPad, iPod, Mac Pro's, and more. Steve Jobs was also CEO of Pixar before it was sold to Disney. He also started up NeXT Computer which was later sold to Apple.

Steve Jobs had another career which was CEO of Pixar. It was eventually told to Dinsey for $7.4 billion. He also took a job as a video game designer for Atari in 1974

Steven Paul Jobs was born on February 24, 1955, in San Francisco, California, to Joanne Schieble (later Joanne Simpson) and Abdulfattah "John" Jandali, two University of Wisconsin graduate students who gave their unnamed son up for adoption. His father, Jandali, was a Syrian political science professor, and his mother, Schieble, worked as a speech therapist. Shortly after Steve was placed for adoption, his biological parents married and had another child, Mona Simpson. It was not until Jobs was 27 that he was able to uncover information on his biological parents. He wasn't encouraged to become an entrepreneur.

SEPTEMBER 09, 2011 Ask several people to name what they think Steve Jobs’ biggest contribution has been, and you will get a variety of responses. Sure, he has brought us some amazing innovations, and millions of us own (or want to own) them. There’s the iPod, the iPad, and the i-everything else!

But when you get down to it, it really wasn’t Jobs who did it alone—it was his team. But Steve did do one thing that started a positive trend that will last for decades or longer. And that contribution is so big, so important, that by some divine guidance it was inserted into his name. Steve created jobs. And lots of them.

I admire Steve Jobs because without him, I wouldn't have this iPhone I have today even though it may have been made after his death. Steve was a deep thinker and made things really simple and useful.

He didn't get successful overnight. It took him years of hard work and determination. One of his quotes was "I want to put a ding in the universe"
