Workshop: How To Teach With Your Hands To Get The Most Out Of Your Client's Spine Shapes

There are 5 basic Spine Shapes that exist in Pilates as an observational tool for teachers, and a learning tool for students, they are Tall Back, Round Back, Arched Back, Side Bend and Rotation. As we focus on these spine shapes, Dena will share her extensive hands-on experience as a Pilates teacher and gifted Bodyworker which will help instructors build confidence using their hands to teach and improve their understanding of what should be happening in the spine as their clients move through each exercise.
