I have been a Realtor since March of 2005, most of my business has been in new construction, i have represented several builders in the Treasure Valley and currently represent 6. I have been part of the Circle of Excellence for 13 years out of the past 14. I am an associate Broker with JLS.

Candidate Statement

I will like to get more involved in our state's association to obtain more knowledge of how it is ran and to better serve our Realtor community. I am willing to work hard for the betterment of our fellow Realtors and our homeowners. I am currently the vice-chair of the RPAC committee and have come to have a better understanding of the great work they do for us all.

Became a licensed agent May 3, 2004 Boise, ID and have been an active member with ACAR / BRR since this time. On August 23, 2006 I obtained my Associate Brokers license and on May 9, 2013 I became Designated Broker for Idaho Properties now Realty ONE Group Professionals.

Starting in 2007 I joined the Professional Standards Committee and served on this committee for several years until it was moved to Idaho Association of Realtors. At this time I changed from the Professional Standards committee to the Grievance Committee which I have served on for the last 4 or five years I am currently the Boise Regional Vice Chair for the Grievance Committee.

Candidate Statement

I believe the best way to effect change and or continued professional growth and performance is to be involved and informed. I see roles like Idaho REALTORS® Director from BRR as key to this continued success for all members. I learn and remember best when I am hands on and involved, this type of involvement has proven to be invaluable in providing assistance and guidance for my agents with Realty ONE Group Professionals. I would like to become more involved and provide the same type of support and guidance to agents throughout the State of Idaho if possible.

Phil Mount

Professional Bio

Phil Mount is an agent at Amherst Madison Legacy Real Estate Advisors, Boise, Idaho. Phil became a licensed REALTOR in August 2009 after a 25 year career as a technology marketing professional.

Phil serves as 2019 President of the Boise Regional REALTORS®, an organization serving over 5,000 real estate professionals. Phil also serves on the Board of Directors for Intermountain MLS, and is a State Director of Idaho REALTORS®. The National Association of Realtors recognized Phil as a RPAC Golden R Presidents Circle in 2018 and 2019, a distinction held by only 20 other Idaho REALTORS. Phil has consistently been a top producer in sales since being licensed.

Phil is a graduate of the Idaho REALTORS® Leadership Academy in 2015. Phil is also a co-host of the Idaho Speakeasy Radio show, broadcasting every Thursday at 3:00 on KRBX 89.9.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Phil worked for Hewlett-Packard as an Alliance Manager in HP’s Imaging and Printing Business Unit, managing 3rd-party partner relationships with 50+ software companies who integrated their solutions with HP printing products. This role capped 22 years marketing technology products around the world, including 4 years based in Europe managing products and programs in the Europe / Middle-East/Africa region. In addition Phil held various senior Product Manager, Program Manager and Operations Management roles. Phil also co-founded a technology-focused go-to-market consultancy that was bootstrapped to $3M in revenue in 4 years, with a client portfolio that included Fujitsu-Siemens Computers, Intel, Microsoft and HP. As a founding partner, Phil was responsible for all aspects of the business, from business development to account management and day-to-day operations.

Phil holds an MBA in International Marketing and a BBA in Production and Operations Management, both from Boise State University, and previously attended the University of Oregon.

Candidate Statement

I have been privileged to serve as a State Director for Idaho REALTORS® for four years. Three as an elected position and this years as BRR's President. I have been active as a Director, engaging in difficult decisions, including forms providers and leadership succession at IR. I have also served on the Legislative affairs committee, which I Chaired in 2017, and as a Trustee. I have been asked to participate in the strategic planning process, and was a facilitator in the IR Leadership Academy. I also expect to serve next year as a State Political Coordinator representing District 18 to our State Legislators.

I ask for your vote to be able to continue as a State Director representing Boise Regional REALTORS®. I believe my engagement in the leadership of our State Association has benefited our members, and I hope to continue that for another term.

Susan Weaver

Silvercreek Realty Group

Professional Bio

Susan is an Associate Broker at Silvercreek Realty Group and has been a top producer for the past 24 years. Seventeen of those years were spent in Idaho Falls, the rest in the Treasure Valley.

She is a Certified Residential Specialist, only 3% of all Realtors hold this designation, Accredited Buyer's Specialist, e-Pro certified, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, and currently completing her Master in Real Estate Marketing through the National Association of Home Builder's, to be completed in the spring of 2020.

She is also a Golden R major investor in RPAC.

In the past, she has served as Women's Council President and State Treasure for the Women's Council of Realtors, on the Board of Directors for Home Buyer's Education through Idaho Housing, and on the Agent Leadership Council for several years.

I currently serve as a Director for Idaho Realtors and love the opportunity to participate in making decisions to keep the real estate industry relevant and professional serving our clients and fellow Realtor's.
