Sleep Deprived the symptom of early mornings

Because of the early start time of their classes, many high school students at Mount Saint Joseph are not getting a healthy amount of sleep.
On average, only 15% of teenagers get the 8 - 10 hours of sleep that their bodies need.
Due to hormonal changes and other biological factors, adolescents have a late night chronotype, which often makes it difficult for them to fall asleep at a decent hour.
If Mount Saint Joseph adjusted its schedule to fit the sleep clock of its students,it would enable them get the right amount of sleep that their bodies need, and create a better atmosphere in the classroom.
