We Are Ready! Worldwide sales conference 2017

Event Technical Services has spent the past three months preparing to support Adobe employees at the FY 2017 Worldwide Sales Conference. We have built a global team to meet the technical needs of the conference, which includes support of executives, attendees, recordings, and conference network.

Pre-conference sessions begin tomorrow, December 17th, and the conference runs from the 18th through the 20th.

Event Network

Don Ripley is leading the network team to ensure a seamless experience for both attendees and event staff. Wireless and wired services will be provided at both the Aria and Bellagio Convention Centers.

Tech Cafe

Thor Pili is leading an international team of five IT technicians, Arpit, Bogdan, Josh, Miroslav, and Praveen, to support two Tech Cafe's in the Aria and Bellagio. We'll be offering hardware and software support, the purchase of select accessories, as well as loaner laptops and device charging.

Livestreaming & Recording

Jay Ciucci and Trevor Whitney will be streaming General Sessions via Inside Adobe TV, as well as recording selected pre-conference and breakout sessions. All recordings will be posted to the Sales Team Field Readiness page for future viewing.

Executives

Robert Peterson will be on-site to provide support for Adobe's executives as they attend and present at the conference. We are prepared to respond to any IT emergencies the Ops Staff may experience.
