Many celiac students face the struggle of finding food that accommodates to their health needs at universities. This can be a stressful and annoying issue to handle.

This is why Sodexo, a contracted food supplier, needs to provide an exclusively gluten-free food station within Liberty University's Reber Thomas dining hall.
