Hands-on learning is where a student is physically moving, being active, touching and manipulating objects.

Visual learning is where the learner can picture and understand the concept in order to learn. Some examples are: movies, graphs, diagrams, and maps.

Visual learning can be used in all classes

These kinds of learners will also enjoy using language creatively, through fiction, poetry, and even through contemporary art in some cases. This type of learner likes presenting a speech or presenting a project in front of an audience. Verbal learners are not shy, they love to talk and write very long essays.

Verbal can be used in all classes
