What's Next?

As many of you know, John and I moved back to the States to continue working with the same ministry that I was working with in India. I have been working for the last year to see things advance here in the US and the ministry is growing, but the demand on us is often greater than our finances allow. Many times, we receive requests to speak, teach, and lead teams, but unfortunately the local churches that invite us are only financially able to offer a portion of the cost that is required for our team to go. Over the last year, I have foregone many of these ministry opportunities for that reason; however, I believe that the Lord has specifically called me to be a part of an upcoming short-term missions trip to Brazil. Upon request, and in response to the Lord, I have agreed to take steps toward raising the funds for this trip. It is my hope that in doing so, I am able to bless others while I fulfill the purpose that God intended when He moved our family from India to the US.

During my time in Brazil (March 29-April 10) I will help lead a team of Americans through four cities across the nation, releasing the truth and life of God’s word along the way. While there, we will be speaking and teaching multiple times during different church and conference meetings. We will have the opportunity to pray and minister one on one with those who are in attendance while also participating in planed evangelistic outreaches to government and gang leaders.

The purpose of this trip is to bring freedom to the hearts and minds of the people of Brazil, to government officials, gang members, and the everyday Brazilian alike. Our desire is to release freedom to those who find themselves caught in the cycle of destructive habits, behaviors, and emotions, helping them to find restoration in the name of Jesus Christ. It is my hope that God will use the message that He has put inside of me to touch the hearts of those who are hungry and broken, those who are looking for the hope that is promised to believers.

If you would like to partner with me in seeing this ministry opportunity become a reality, I would greatly appreciate it if you would remember me as you pray. As the time frame is rather short, it is my prayer that God would bring those who would like to partner financially with this vision in the next few days or weeks. It is important that I book my plane ticket as soon as possible as costs continue to rise. Also, a Brazilian visa varies in its time frame but could take up to 30 days to process. Please pray that everything would come together in the proper timing.

If you would like to give financially to this trip, you can give a tax deductible donation by making a check out to First Baptist Church of Welcome and writing my name in the memo line. You can give your checks to the church office or mail them to:

First Baptist Welcome

404 Welcome-Arcadia Road

P.O. Box 269, Welcome, NC 27374

If you would rather give to me directly, you can email me at tiffbro@gmail.com and I can give you further instructions as to how to do that.

Thank you in advance for your prayers and giving! It means the world to me that the body of Christ stands behinds those who the Lord calls and send out. None of this would be possible without you!
