The reopening or the Silk Road help spark the renaissance because trade and contact increased between people and land. The cost became less so the were able to get more stuff they want. They even got new produces.

Rediscovering the Past (Greek and Roman)

Greek and Roman classical idea helped shape the development of the Renaissance. By giving information with there art and with the details in the sculptures with the human body and the nude sculptures in the Renaissance Art. ( documents 2).

Roman idea is the do sculptures with clothing and not much detail.

Meanwhile Greeks sculptures has more detail like the ribs and the hair also the muscles.

Leonardo Da Vinci

Leonardo did anatomy and art. He did art like the Mona Lisa. The people that saw his art wondered what made for smile. (Holt 309). Leonardo also studied the human body. He also keeper the human body drawings and writing in his notebook. (Holt 308). Leonardo was left handed. For Leonardo it was easy for him the write his words back words. People always thought is was a secret that why he wrote like that.

Paper and Printing (Johann Gutenberg)

Johann Gutenberg invented the printer press to make copying thing easier. Johann Gutenberg created the printer press for the people can just use it instead of writing the thing they want word by word.

Renaissance writing (William Shakespeare)

William Shakespeare writing reflect the ideas of humanism because he wrote in the most common language English. Shakespeare was funny so he gave people that came emotion of happiness and laughter. (Holt 316).
