GJHS Student Stories

Congratulations to our coaches and players for beating the Vilonia Eagles Thursday night! What a great way to end the season!
Students in Mrs. McCoy's Physical Science class practiced balancing equations during an online pHet simulation.
Students in Coach Flake's STEM course were tasked with creating an air powered vehicle with recycled materials that could go at least five feet in a straight line. During and after conducting the STEM lab, students discovered and reflected upon potential and kinetic energy and Newton's third law of motion.
