Last year we spent 6 days in Lisboa at my 34th birthday. Actually it was a top secret birthday present from my dear girlfriend Kinkimouse. She booked a fantastic AIRBNB apartment in Lisboa's old town "Alfama".

One of the highlights was a sightseeing event called "free tour". These guys are locals and meet with you and a couple of other tourists at a location to start showing you the city "their way". Means, there's no fix tour program - every local shows what she/he likes most at their city.
The funny point is: At the end you pay what you want to - even nothing to pay is okay. Of course we paid because we liked the tour very much.
There was a "drink stop" at this nice lady's house in Alfama and she served self made cherry liquor. It was mega tasty.

This year we're planing to go to Porto at the very south of Portugal. We're gonna take an AIRBNB again and see, what secrets Porto hides from us.
