It is important to remember that this quote includes current rates as they are pricing out today and are subject to change anytime before a quote is secured with deposit. I've also included mandatory travel insurance protection that is automatically included for group trips to protect travelers in the event of unforeseen circumstances which could come about (i.e. lost luggage, trip interruption, medical emergency, etc.). One person will be named the primary client on the booking but all guests sharing the same registration will be equally responsible for paying the balance. Roommates can submit payments for one another, which can be indicated on the payment form.

Passport Requirements
Be advised that passports are REQUIRED for travel to the Dominican Republic. It is recommended that all passports be valid at least 6 months from your RETURN date. We will require proof of your passport or proof of passport application before any money exchange will be accepted for your booking. Trip cancellation penalties surrounding passport issues, inability to obtain a passport or being denied boarding due to lack of passport validity after monies are placed onto the booking will NOT be covered under travel insurance nor will be the responsibility of Distinctive Vacations, its partners or suppliers. Trip Insurance
Since this is a significant investment, we require the purchase of trip insurance. Benefits include trip cancellation or interruption coverage, protection against travel mishaps, like delays, lost/damaged/delayed bags or coverage for medical expenses, if you were to unexpectedly become ill or injured while traveling. Always remember to review the complete description of coverage for details. The price of the trip insurance is $109.99 per person and already included in the total cost as quoted above.
