The two Traditional Worship Services anchor the worship experience at FUMC-Denton. They incorporate the elements found in traditional worship such as Scripture reading, liturgy and congregational and choral music surrounding and supporting the Bible-based preaching of our lead pastor. They take place in the Sanctuary, 8:30 and 11:00 am.

The sacrament of communion is offered on the first Sunday of each month.

Mosaic is the new contemporary service of First United Methodist Church of Denton. We meet on the campus of FUMC-Denton in Monroe Fellowship Center at 9:45 am on Sunday mornings. At Mosaic, a group of people from different walks of life, generations, stories and identities, work in harmony to make our community and our hearts a better place. Our eclectic style is tailored made for the creatives' soul. Read more...

Our 3rd Day Family Service is designed to engage children while introducing them to the many traditions of worship. Children can bring their parents to a kid-friendly atmosphere for prayer, scripture, music led by our own RUSTY BUMPERS band led by Jett Cheek, our Children's Choir Director, and more. Wiggles and giggles are most definitely acceptable and always present when we gather on the third Sunday of each month. Read more about our 3rd Day Family Service...

It is our goal as parishioners (members of a congregation) to love one another without distinction of nationality, skin color or social position or education. A dedicated team of volunteers work hard to provide a live telecast of the 11:00 am worship service on cable channels Charter 191 and Frontier 39 for those who are unable to attend.
