MMHS Counseling Wellness Newsletter April 2020

In light of all that is going on, counselors would like to provide students and parents with some resources to get you through this next month or so. We are deeply concerned about students missing out on opportunities to communicate with friends, be involved in their sports and fine arts programs and special school programs. In this wellness newsletter edition, we've included information about educational, community and mental health resources. We also wanted to provide some fun ideas that kids could participate in while they are at home.

Counselors are available during the regular school hours: 7:30-3:00 M-F. Students can make an appointment by emailing their counselor. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions regarding college/career readiness, need individual counseling, etc. MMHS also has a social worker available to help with additional resources. You can contact him at jamal.pugmire@nebo.edu.

Counselor Contacts: Caryn Neilson (A-E)-caryn.neilsen@nebo.edu, Brooke Ottesen (F-K)-brooke.ottesen@nebo.edu, Bree Moulton (L-Q)-bree.moulton@nebo.edu, Courtney Packard (R-Z)-courtney.packard@nebo.edu
