Ms.Hunt's classroom Diverse Learner Classroom- Welcome to school year 2018-2019!

About Ms. Hunt:

I'm so excited to teach at Lorca Elementary again this year! This is my 4th year teaching at Lorca- and it has been such a pleasure working here. I hold a Learning Behavior Specialist certificate, and I also recently received my ESL endorsement from National Louis University. I work as the Diverse Learner teacher with students in 5th through 8th grade.

I was born and raised in Chicago, went to Mother Guerin High School, and graduated from DePaul University. I am currently completing my last year to earn my Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from National Louis University.

I can be reached via email at alhunt4@cps.edu or I am available to meet before or after school with notice.

I look forward to the upcoming school year! :)

Classroom Policies

Students are to follow CPS Code of Conduct and Lorca rules.

I expect students to try their hardest and work to the best of their abilities. We will strive to challenge ourselves and work hard throughout year. I expect students to be responsible and respectful.
