All students graduate from Rosemont with at least one. We call it Experiential Learning, but you’ll call it “I am ready to take on the world.”
I am a Biology and a Chemistry major. I came to Rosemont for the pre-med program and quickly found out research was my passion. My professor, Dr. Skokotas regularly has career seminars. Dr. Kelly Whelan, who is an alumna of Rosemont College, came to speak to us. She is now a Professor at Temple University. I was inspired by her story, spoke to her after the seminar, and I am now doing research at her lab at Temple. I feel Rosemont has given me the POWER to effectively communicate my scientific ideas.
