Where is Merseyside?

Merseyside is located in North West England. It is comprised of several areas such as the Wirral and Liverpool.

Famous Places

Liverpool itself is full of history and famous places, but the Wirral has its fair share of sights to see. Fornby Beach, Southport and the Albert dock are all popular tourist destinations in Liverpool.

This is the Albert Dock. It is one of Liverpool's most famous tourist attractions. It contains many buildings and landmarks including the Liverpool Eye.

The Liverpool Eye is a giant Ferris Wheel on the Docks of Liverpool
